Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@arenalabs.us with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
