All Arena Labs orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment partner and ship from China via tracked international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days for 80% of orders.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery to the United States is 8-15 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local carrier conditions.

Shipping Cost

A flat shipping fee applies at checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 2-3 days to update after the shipment notification.
